I have dieted before (many times) and I’ve been working out consistently for the past three years.

It wasn’t until February, 2020 that I started seriously focusing on nutrition and strength training and it clicked.

And although I’m now 56, my goal is to continue on this journey until the road ends and share some of the insights I’ve gained along the way.

There’s a lot of truth in the quote “Abs are made in the kitchen” and until you get your nutrition right, you will be hard pressed to see change.
